TUTU SKIRTS TAKE FASHION WORLD BY STORM?
Strange but true , since halloween 2008 the explosion in popularity of the TUTU has been remarkable and has no sign of slowing down .
at sites like TUTOOHOT.COM the insatiable demand for every style, colour and length is satisfied.
These skirts are simply made from a metre of fashion net cut in a semi cricle and sewn onto 1" elastic and yet most wholesale and retail supliers cannot get enough to satisfy the demand.
What has sparked this explosion ? we do not know
